Barəsində şikayət edilən İsmayılov Nizami Asim oğlunun barəsində araşdırma apardığımız zamanı məlum olur ki, O, Paytaxt ərazisində bir-neçə kafelərə gedərək orada "şəhid atasıyam" adı ilə nisyə yemək yeyərək, müxtəlif kafelərə müxtəlif məbləğlərdə borc yazdırıb. Şikayət əsasında Şəhid anası (İsmayılov Nizami Asim oğlunun həyat yoldaşı) Sevil xanımla da əılaqə saxladıq, O da müraciətində 44 günlük vətən müharibəsində şəhid olmuş oğlu İsmayılzadə Zaur Nizami oğlunun adından və onun şərəfli məqamından istifadə edərək ayrı-ayrı şəxslərə qarşı dələduzluq etməsi, habelə Paytaxt ərazisində bir-neçə kafelərə gedərək orada "şəhid atasıyam" adı ilə nisyə yemək yeyərək, müxtəlif kafelərə müxtəlif məbləğlərdə borc yazdırması barədə ona da şikayətlər olunduğunu bildirdi, həmçinin o da müraciət müəllifinin müraciətini təsdiqləyərək onun da adından Azərbaycan Respublikasının Baş Prokurorluğuna məlumat verməyimizi xahiş etdi.
