RESPUBLİKAXƏBƏR.AZ xəbər verir ki, bir -neçə şəxsə qarşı dələduzluq edən şəxs özünü ehtiyyatda olan hərbi polkovnik və həmçinin şəhid atası kimi təqdim edib.

Şikayətçi Kərimov Rahib Ağa oğlu tərəfindən daxil olmuş müraciətlə bağlı araşdırmaya başlanılıb. Həmçinin barəsində qanunvericiliyin tələblərinə uyğun olaraq tədbir görülməsi, şikayətçidən dələduzluq yolu ilə ələ keçirmiş pulun geri qaytarılmasında köməklik göstərilməsi üçün tərəfimizdən hüquq-mühafizə orqanlarına məlumat məktubu ünvanlanacaq.

Qeyd edək ki, araşdırmamız zamanı məlum oldu ki, vətəndaşların səmimiliyindən sui istifadə etməklə onların əmlakını aldadaraq ələ keçirən şəxs, Lənkəran şəhər İstisu qəsəbəsinin şəhidi İsmayılzadə Zaur Nizami oğlunun atasıdır. Barəsində şikayət edilən İsmayılov Nizami Asim oğlunun barəsində araşdırma apardığımız zamanı məlum olur ki, O, Paytaxt ərazisində bir-neçə kafelərə gedərək orada "şəhid atasıyam" adı ilə nisyə yemək yeyərək, müxtəlif kafelərə müxtəlif məbləğlərdə borc yazdırıb. Əlavə olaraq O, şikayətçidən əlavə digər iki nəfər şəxsdən də məqsədli şəkildə pul alaraq vədinə əməl çıxmamış, aldığı pulu da geri qaytarmamışdır. Şikayət əsasında Şəhid anası (İsmayılov Nizami Asim oğlunun həyat yoldaşı) Sevil xanımla da əılaqə saxladıq, O da müraciətində 44 günlük vətən müharibəsində şəhid olmuş oğlu İsmayılzadə Zaur Nizami oğlunun adından və onun şərəfli məqamından istifadə edərək ayrı-ayrı şəxslərə qarşı dələduzluq etməsi, habelə Paytaxt ərazisində bir-neçə kafelərə gedərək orada "şəhid atasıyam" adı ilə nisyə yemək yeyərək, müxtəlif kafelərə müxtəlif məbləğlərdə borc yazdırması barədə ona da şikayətlər olunduğunu bildirdi, həmçinin o da müraciət müəllifinin müraciətini təsdiqləyərək onun da adından Azərbaycan Respublikasının Baş Prokurorluğuna məlumat verməyimizi xahiş etdi.

Hazırda həmin şəxslə bağlı səlahiyyətimiz çərçivəsində araşdırmalarımız davam edir.
