KÜRDƏMİR PİRİLİ BƏLƏDİYYƏ SƏDRİNİN BARƏSİNDƏ YAYILMIŞ SEKSUAL XARAKETRLİ VİDEO İLƏ BAĞLI AİDİYYATI QURUMLARA MƏLUMAT MƏKTUBU ÜNVANLANIB

Dəyərli dostlar yadınızdadırsa, təxminən bir-neçə il bundan öncə Kürdəmir rayon, Pirili kənd bələdiyyə sədrinin barəsində kənd sakinlərinin çoxsaylı şikayətləri əsasında həmin kəndə səfər etmişdik. Həmin şikayət əsasında da problemlər qismən öz həllini tapmışdır.

Hazırda verdiyimiz məlumat isə belədir.

Kürdəmir rayon, Pirili kənd bələdiyyə sədri Ziya Kərimovun guya ki, şəxsiyyəti məlum olmayan bir qadınla çıplaq vəziyyətdə danışması, sonra həmin videoya Azərbaycan Respublikasının Dövlət Himninin musiqisi montaj olunaraq sosial şəbəkədə yayılmağa başlamışdır. Redaksiyamıza daxil olan videoçəkilişlə bağlı qarşı tərəf olan bələdiyyə sədri Ziya Kərimov ilə əlaqə saxladıq, Ziya Kərimov isə mövqeyində, həmin videonun hansı məqsədlərlə çəkilməsi və videonun həmin musiqi ilə montaj olunması barədə məlumatı olmadığını və bu barədə də özü tərəfindən Hüquq-Mühafizə orqanlarına şikayət edildiyini bildirmişdir. Videogörüntünü xəbər saytımızda yayımlamaq mümkün deyil. Ona görə ki, Kütləvi İnformasiya vasitələri haqqında qanunun tələblərinə ziddir. Lakin, bildiririk ki, həmin məsələ ilə bağlı tərəfimizidən Azərbaycan Respublikasının Ədliyyə Nazirliyinin Bələdiyyələrlə İş Mərkəzinə və həmçinin Kürdəmir rayon prokurorluğuna rəsmi məlumat məktubu ünvanlanacaqdır. Aidiyyatı qurumlar tərəfindən həmin məsələ ilə bağlıtam obyektiv araşdırma aparıldqdan sonra redaksiyamıza daxil olan cavab məktubundan sonra təkrar ictimaiyyətə məlumat verəcəyik.
