"Baş memar icra başçısının bacısı oğlu ilə birgə o evləri sökürdü" - MƏHKƏMƏ

Bakı Ağır Cinayətlər Məhkəməsində Abşeron Rayon İcra Hakimiyyətinin baş memarı Akif Əliyev, İH-nin mütəxəssisi Babək Zalıyev və digərlərinin cinayət işi üzrə məhkəmə prosesi davam etdirilib.

Respublikaxeber.az KONKRET.az-a istinadən xəbər verir ki, hakim Əli Məmmədovun sədrlik etdiyi iclasda şahidlər dindirilib.

2016-2019-cu illərdə Məhəmmədi bələdiyyəsinin sədri olmuş Xaləddin Məmmədov istintaqa verdiyi ifadəni təsdiq etməyib.

O bildirib ki, müstəntiqin yazdığı hazır sənədə qol çəkib: “Həmin ərəfədə səhhətimdə problem var idi. İşi araşdıran müstəntiq mənimlə cəmi 5 dəqiqəlik görüşüb getdi. Müstəntiq ittihamı özü yazıb gətirmişdi, mən oxumadan qol çəkdim. Təqsirləndirilən şəxslərdən Akif Əliyevdən başqa heç kimi tanımıram”.

Daha sonra hakim X.Məmmədovun istintaqa verdiyi ifadəsini elan edib.

İfadəyə görə, X.Məmmədov bildirib ki, işlədiyi müddətdə onun icazə verdiyi ərazilərdə heç bir tikinti aparılmayıb: “Baş memar Akif Əliyev və Abşeron İcra Hakimiyyətinin başçısı İradə Gülməmmədovanın bacısı oğlu Babək Zalıyevin himayəsi altında Seymur adlı şəxs ərazidəki tikintilərə icazə məsələlərini həll edirdi. Onlar ev tikmək istəyən şəxslərə müəyyən miqdarda pul alıb tikintiyə icazə verirdilər. Pul verməyən şəxslərin tikdiyi evlər sökülürdü”.

Növbəti proses sentyabrın 13-ə təyin olunub.
