Respublikaxeber.az xəbər verir ki, bu barədə məlumatı müstəqil araşdırmaçı jurnalist Cavanşir Həsənli yazıb:

"Fövqəladə Hallar nazirinin birinci müavini Rəfael Mirzəyevin oğlu Rəşad Mirzəyev İngiltərənin Brayton şəhərindəki "Bellerbys” kollecinin və Londonun City Universitetinə aid "CASS Business School” məktəbinin məzunudur.

O, 2019-cu ildə ABŞ-ın Stanford universtitetində kurs keçib. Elə həmin il Rəfael Mirzəyevin oğlu Los-Ancelosda 5670 WILSHIRE BLVD, STE 1838 hüquqi ünvanında WEBSITECA LLC (qeydiyyat nömrəsi 201914810569) şirkətini qeydiyyatdan keçirib.

Amma bu onun ilk şirkəti deyil, Rəşad Mirzəyev əsasən informasiya texnologiyaları sahəsində ixtisaslaşmış bir neçə şirkətin təsisçisi və icraçı direktorudur.
O, Azərbaycanda fəaliyyət göstərən 118 sorğu xidmətini təqdim edən "118 XİDMƏTI" MƏHDUD MƏSULİYYƏTLİ CƏMİYYƏTİni hələ 2010-cu ildə 22 yaşlı olarkən təsis edib.

2011-ci ildə o, "DAYANACAQ" MƏHDUD MƏSULİYYƏTLİ CƏMİYYƏTİni, ardınca ATL GROUP-a daxil ilk şirkəti - "ATL KONSALTİNQ" MƏHDUD MƏSULİYYƏTLİ CƏMİYYƏTİNİ qeydiyyatdan keçirib.

Sonrakı illərdə FHN-in birinci müavininin oğlu rəhbərlik etdiyi ATL GROUP-a daxil olan yeni şirkətlər açıb:

"ATL SERVICE" MMC Fövqəladə Hallar Nazirliyi yanında Tikintidə Təhlükəsizliyə Nəzarət Dövlət Agentliyinin rəisi Cəbrayıl Xanlarovun oğlu Nazim Xanlarovun adına rəsmiləşdirilib.

Rəşad Mirzəyevin biznes şəbəkəsi informasiya texnologiyaları və konsaltinq xidmətləri ilə məhdudlaşmır. O 2016-cı ildən fast-food biznesinə də girişib. Həmin il "ƏJDAHA" MƏHDUD MƏSULİYYƏTLİ CƏMİYYƏTİNİ təsis edən Rəşad Mirzəyev artıq paytaxtın Bülbül prospekti, Cəfər Cabbarlı, Nəcəfqulu Rəfiyev və Cəmşid Naxçıvanski küçələrindəki eyniadlı dönərxanaların sahibidir.

Nazir müavininin oğluna məxsus "FLEXY" MƏHDUD MƏSULİYYƏTLİ CƏMİYYƏTİNİN fəaliyyət istiqaməti isə bəlli deyil".
