Respublikaxeber.az xəbər verir ki, bu barədə məlumatı müstəqil araşdırmaçı jurnalist Cavanşir Həsənli yazıb:

"Fövqəladə Hallar nazirinin birinci müavini Rəfael Mirzəyevin oğlu Rəşad Mirzəyev İngiltərənin Brayton şəhərindəki "Bellerbys” kollecinin və Londonun City Universitetinə aid "CASS Business School” məktəbinin məzunudur.

O, 2019-cu ildə ABŞ-ın Stanford universtitetində kurs keçib. Elə həmin il Rəfael Mirzəyevin oğlu Los-Ancelosda 5670 WILSHIRE BLVD, STE 1838 hüquqi ünvanında WEBSITECA LLC (qeydiyyat nömrəsi 201914810569) şirkətini qeydiyyatdan keçirib.

Amma bu onun ilk şirkəti deyil, Rəşad Mirzəyev əsasən informasiya texnologiyaları sahəsində ixtisaslaşmış bir neçə şirkətin təsisçisi və icraçı direktorudur.
