Respublikaxeber.az xəbər verir ki,Səfərbərlik və Hərbi Xidmətə Çağırış üzrə Dövlət Xidmətinin Xəzər rayon idarəsinin vəzifəli şəxsləri cinayət məsuliyyətinə cəlb edilib.
Baş Prokurorluğun mətbuat xidmətindən APA-ya verilən xəbərə görə, qanunsuz hərbi xidmətdən yayınma hallarına qarşı Baş Prokurorluq tərəfindən kompleks tədbirlər davam etdirilir.
Səfərbərlik və Hərbi Xidmətə Çağırış üzrə Dövlət Xidmətinin Xəzər rayon idarəsində baş verən qanunsuzluqlarla bağlı həmin Xidmətdən daxil olmuş məlumat əsasında Baş prokuror yanında Korrupsiyaya qarşı Mübarizə Baş İdarəsində araşdırma aparılıb.
Araşdırmalarla qeyd olunan idarənin Həqiqi hərbi xidmətə çağırış şöbəsinin rəisi vəzifəsini icra edən baş zabiti Savalan Rəsulov və həmin şöbənin zabiti Fərid İsmayılovun digər şəxslərlə qabaqcadan əlbir olub ayrı-ayrı çağırışçıların həqiqi hərbi xidmətə yararsız hesab edilmələrinə köməklik göstərilməsi müqabilində vətəndaşlardan müxtəlif məbləğlərdə pul vəsaitini rüşvət qismində almalarına və vəzifə səlahiyyətlərindən sui-istifadə etmələrinə əsaslı şübhələr müəyyən edilib.
İş üzrə toplanmış ilkin sübutlar əsasında Savalan Rəsulov və Fərid İsmayılova Cinayət Məcəlləsinin 311.3.1 (qabaqcadan əlbir olan bir qrup şəxs tərəfindən rüşvət alma), 311.3.2 (təkrar rüşvət alma), 311.3.3 (külli miqdarda rüşvət alma) və digər maddələri ilə ittiham elan edilərək barələrində məhkəmənin qərarı ilə həbs qətimkan tədbiri seçilib.
Hazırda bu cinayətlərin törədilməsində iştirak etmiş digər şəxslərin məsuliyyətə cəlb edilməsi istiqamətində istintaq tədbirləri davam etdirilir.
