FHN-in Dövlət Yanğın Nəzarəti Xidməti daha bir yanğın təhlükəli obyektin fəaliyyətini dayandırıb (video, foto)

Fövqəladə Hallar Nazirliyinin Dövlət Yanğın Nəzarəti Xidməti səlahiyyətləri daxilində ölkə ərazisində yanğın təhlükəsizliyinin təmin edilməsi məqsədilə zəruri tədbirlərin görülməsini davam etdirir.

Respublikaxəbər.az-ın məlumatına görə, bu çərçivədə, Dövlət Yanğın Nəzarəti Xidməti tərəfindən İsmayıllı şəhərində yerləşən “Sandal” ayaqqabı təmiri və tikiş sexində yoxlama zamanı yanğın təhlükəsizliyi sahəsində çoxsaylı nöqsanların mövcud olduğu, həmin nöqsanların insan həyatı və ya sağlamlığına, ətraf mühitə və dövlətin əmlak maraqlarına birbaşa təhlükə yaratdığı müəyyən edilib. Belə ki:

- obyektdə avtomatik yanğınxəbərverici siqnalizasiya qurğuları quraşdırılmayıb;

- elektrik təsərrüfatı “Elektrik Qurğularının Quraşdırılması Qaydası”nın tələblərinə uyğun quraşdırılmayıb;

obyekt ilkin yanğınsöndürmə vasitələri ilə tam təmin olunmayıb;
ərazidə yanğına qarşı ara məsafəsi gözlənilməyib və yanar tullantılardan təmizlənməyib;
obyektin yanar konstruksiyaları odadavamlı məhlulla hopdurulmayıb;
obyekt yanğın təhlükəsizliyi orqanının çağırış telefon nömrələrini bildirən göstərici lövhələrlə təmin edilməyib və siqaret çəkilməsi üçün xüsusi yer ayrılmayıb.
Beləliklə, mövcud vəziyyət onu göstərir ki, obyektin istismarının davam etdirilməsi nəticəsində orada hər an baş verə biləcək yanğın qısa müddətdə genişlənərək faciəni qaçılmaz edəcək.

Qeyd olunanları nəzərə alaraq, yanğın təhlükəsizliyi norma və qaydalarının tələblərinin kobud pozulması faktları aşkar edilmiş İsmayıllı şəhərində yerləşən “Sandal” ayaqqabı təmiri və tikiş sexinin fəaliyyətinin dayandırılması barədə Qərar qəbul olunub və Qərarın bir nüsxəsi obyektin nümayəndəsinə təqdim edilib.
