ELYAZ YAZAN, SOSİAL ŞƏBƏKƏDƏ ÖZÜNÜN VƏ AİLƏ ÜZVLƏRİNİN BARƏSİNDƏ ŞƏXSİ MƏLUMATLARIN PAYLAŞILMASI VƏ TƏHQİREDİCİ İFADƏLƏRİN YAZILMASINA GÖRƏ HÜQUQ-MÜHAFİZƏ ORQANLARINA MƏLUMAT VERDİ

Respublikaxəbər.az xəbər verir ki, bu gün Elyaz Yazan-a tanışlarından biri onun və ailə üzvlərinin barəsində Sosial şəbəkədə (Tiktok)-da rüsvayedici məlumatların paylaşıldığını bildirmişdir. Daha sonra Elyaz Yazan, həmin görüntüyə baxdığı zaman özünün və oğlu ilə bərabər videosu, həmin videoda şərəf və ləyaqətinin alçaldıcı paylaşım olduğunu, həmçinin paylaşımda yazılanların həqiqətə uyğun olmadığını görmüş, elə bu səbəbdən də qəzəblənərək özünün barəsində həqiqətə uyğun olmayan və rüsvayedici məlumatların paylaşılmasına görə Azərbaycan Respublikasının DİN-nə müraciət etmişdir. Elyaz Yazan, müraciətində özünün və ailə üzvlərinin barəsində şəxsi məlumatları sosial şəbəkədə (Tiktok) da paylaşan, həmçinin şərəf və ləyaqətini alçaldıcı yazıları yazan şəxsin tapılaraq, cinayət məsuliyyətinə cəlb olunmasını xahiş etmişdir.

Daha ətraflı Hüquq-Mühafizə Orqanlarınən araşdırmasından sonra məlumat veriləcəkdir.

After I originally commented I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added-
checkbox and now each time a comment is added I recieve four emails with the exact same comment.
There has to be a way you are able to remove me from that service?
