Respublikaxəbər.az xəbər verir ki, paytaxtın Nərimanov rayonunda yerləşən "BAKI ŞAMPAN ŞƏRABLARI ASC"-nin qarşısında onlarla işdən qovulmuş sabiq işçilər ASC-nin sədri Arzu Hüseynovanın özbaşınalıqlarından şikayətləniblər. Şikayətçilər şikayətlərində 30-35 ildir ki, həmin ASC-də işlədiklərini, lakin, məqsədli şəkildə işdən çıxarıldıqlarını, həmçinin şikayətçilərin xeyrinə məhkəmə qətnaməsi qəbul olunmasına baxmayaraq, bu günə qədər əmək haqlarının tam ödənilmədiyini deyiblər.

"BAKI ŞAMPAN ŞƏRABLARI ASC"-nin sədri Arzu Hüseynova, onlarla işçini işdən qovdu, hətta şəhidin həyat yoldaşını belə!!!!!ETİRAZ VİDEO

Bundan əlavə onu da qeyd edək ki, şikayətçilərdən biri, işğal altında olan torpaqlarımızın azadlığı uğrunda canından keçərək, qəhramancasına vuruşub, 1993 cü ildə şəhidlik zirvəsinə yüksəlmiş Taleh Məmmədovun həyat yoldaşı Mehbarə Həsənovadır. Mehbarə Həsənovanın ilkin müraciəti əsasında aidiyyatı qurumlara və eləcə də adı çəkilən "BAKI ŞAMPAN ŞƏRABLARI ASC"-nin sədri Arzu Hüseynovaya tərəfimizdən 05.01.2023-cü il tarixli, G-02/23 saylı rəsmi məlumat göndərilmiş, göndərilən məktublarla bağlı redaksiyamıza heç bir qurumdan cavab verilməmişdir. Bütün bu və bunun kimi digər qanunsuzluqları şikayətçilər məmur özbaşınalığı kimi qiymətləndirirlər.
Nəticə etibarı ilə şikayətçilər, məhkəmənin qətnaməsi qüvvəyə minən gündən onu bilə-bilə və ya qəsdən icra etmədiyinə görə həm Arzu Hüseynovadan və eləcə də məhkəmənin qətnaməsini icra etdirmədiyinə görə İcra və Probasiya şöbəsindən də narazıdırlar.
Odur ki, kütləvi şikayətlə bağlı səlahiyyətimiz çərçivəsində tərəfimizdən araşdırma aparılaraq, daha sonra tam ətraflı araşdırma aparılması üçün yenə də aidiyyatı qurumlara rəsmi məlumat veriləcəkdir.
