ABŞERON RPİ-NİN MÜSTƏNTİQİ,EMİL HACIYEV JURNALİSTİN MƏNZİLİNDƏN OĞURLUQ EDƏN ŞƏXSİ NİYƏ GİZLƏDİR? BƏLKƏ ŞƏRİKDİRLƏR VƏ YA QOHUMDURLAR

Respublikaxəbər.az-ın rəhbəri Elyaz (Yazan) Gülüyevin, Abşeron rayon,Xırdalan şəhər ərazisində müvəqqəti kirayənişin yaşamaq üçün kirayələdiyi mənzilə daxil olaraq oğurluq edilmişdir.
16 oktyabr 2021-ci il tarixdə Kirayə tutduğu mənzildə oğurluq hadisəsi baş verdiyini görən Elyaz (Yazan), dərhal DİN-nin 102 zəng xidmətinə zəng edərək məlumat vermişdir.
Elyaz (Yazan) Gülüyevin DİN-nin 102 zəng xidmətinə verdiyi məlumat əsasında hadisə yerinə Abşeron RPİ-nin İŞ-nin müstəntiqi Emil Hacıyev və kriminalis ekspert gəlmiş, əl izləri götürülərək Elyaz (Yazan) Gülüyevin qısa ərizəsi alınmışdır. Elyaz (Yazan) Gülüyevdən ərizə alan müstəntiq Emil Hacıyev bildirmişdir ki, bir-neçə gün sonra səni Abşeron RPİ-nə dəvət edəcəyəm, izahatını da yazdıracağam. Elyaz (Yazan) Gülüyev də həmin müstəntiqə polisə güvəndiyini deyib, onlarla vidalaşmışdır. səhəri gün Elyaz (Yazan) Gülüyev artıq həmin mənzildə kirayə qalmaqdan vaz keçmişdir. Elyaz (Yazan) izahatının alınması üçün müstəntiq Emil Hacıyev tərəfindən Abşeron RPİ-nə dəvət olunmasını gözləsə də, hələ də arzusuna çatmamışdır. Zərəçəkmişə müstəntiq onu da demişdir ki,ola bilər mənzilinizdən oğurlanan əşyalardan əlavələri də çıxa bilər, indi biraz həyəcanlısız. bir-neçəgün sonra izahat yazmaq üçün dəvət etdiyimdə hər birini qeyd edərsiz. Zərəçəkmiş müstəntiq getdikdən sonra kirayə tutduğu, oğurluq hadisəsinin baş verdiyi mənzildən bir ədəd də maddi sübut kimi papaq tapmış, həmin papağı təhvil vermək və izahat yazmaq üçün dəvətsiz də olsa Abşeron RPİ-nin İŞ-nə yaxınlaşmış, müstəntiqi görməyə nail olmamışdır. onu da qeyd edim ki,zərərçəkmiş Elyaz (Yazan) Gülüyevin dediyinə görə O, Abşeron RPİ-nin İŞ-nin müstəntiqi Emil Hacıyevi görmək və izahat yazmaq, həmçinin maddi sübut kimi əldə etdiyi papağı təhvil vermək üçün üç dəfə getmişdir. Hər dəfəsində müxtəlif bəhanələrlə (Emil Hacıyev məzuniyyətdədir, karona xəstəsidir, növbədən sonradır və.s) Elyaz (Yazan) Gülüyevi aldadaraq yola salmışlar. Çarəsiz qalan zərərçəkmiş, ilk öncə Abşeron RPİ-nin rəisinə məlumat məktbu yazmış,lakin heç bir nəticə olmamışdır. Sonda Elyaz (Yazan) Gülüyev DİN-nin rəhbərliyinə şikayət ərizəsi yazmışdır. Nəticəni səbirsizliklə gözləyən Elyaz (Yazan) Gülüyev əvvəlcədən DİN-nin rəhbərliyinə təşəkkürünü bildirir.
